about Pat
Hi! I’m Pat, a registered psychotherapist (Qualifying) specializing in first responders, elite performance athletes, cognitive therapy, and sleep support (CBT-I).
My journey has been shaped by overcoming significant personal challenges—from living with a fatal neurological condition as a child, to experiencing PTSD, a broken back, and learning difficulties. These experiences have given me a deep perspective on life, resilience, and how to navigate setbacks while creating meaningful change.
Through my own experience as a high-level athlete and first responder, I saw firsthand how mental health affects the way we face life’s obstacles. Once I discovered the tools to not just cope, but thrive, I realized many of my colleagues and peers were struggling—and it became my mission to help others find a different path.
If you’re feeling stuck, frustrated, angry, or hopeless, I want you to know that help is available. You are not alone, and I am here to guide you through challenges, helping you build resilience, develop practical strategies, and thrive—both in your career and in life.
